Job Overview - Clinical Site Manager (RN):
Take on a leadership role as a Clinical Site Manager (RN) with our client in Newark, NJ, overseeing clinical staff, managing patient flow, and ensuring operational excellence at a health center. This temporary position includes both clinical duties and managerial responsibilities, ensuring the smooth functioning of a busy health center.
Compensation: $55 - $60/hour
Location: Newark, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Weekend Shifts Available)

Responsibilities as the Clinical Site Manager (RN):
- Patient Flow: Oversee patient flow and clinical care operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage the ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Reconciliation: Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of clinical encounters, cash receipts, and clinical logs.
- Clinical Supervision: Supervise nursing staff, including CMAs, LPNs, and Medical Clerks, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Patient Triage: Triage patients based on medical necessity, assist providers with treatments, and deliver nursing care as required.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and accurate documentation of patient information and clinical activities.
- Education: Accredited nursing program completion (BSN or MSN preferred).
- Licensure: Active New Jersey RN license and CPR certification required.
- Experience: 3+ years in ambulatory care (FQHC preferred) and 3-5 years of supervisory experience in ambulatory or acute care.
- Skills: Leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in data entry and medical records.
- Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare regulations, clinical procedures, and patient care standards.
