Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Primary Care Clinic – Near Middleport, NY
A well-respected outpatient clinic near Middleport, NY is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Primary Care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an LPN who values strong patient relationships, teamwork, and a consistent weekday schedule.
Position Overview:

Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Standard Day Shift Hours

Pay Range: $25 – $28/hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Assist providers with exams, procedures, and patient documentation

Administer medications and immunizations as ordered

Perform routine clinical tasks such as vital signs, EKGs, and patient education

Support patients and families with a compassionate, team-oriented approach
Requirements:

Current NYS LPN license
-
Previous experience in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
