WIS RN Manager FT Days – Up to $25K Bonus + Relocation Assistance

Your Role

• Provide visionary leadership and manage daily nursing operations on the Labor & Delivery unit

• Build and maintain a well-staffed, engaged nursing team focused on delivering excellent patient care

• Champion patient satisfaction, quality assurance, and compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory requirements (Title 22, Nurse Practice Act)

• Address staff concerns proactively and foster a culture of innovation and professional growth

• Manage budgets, inventory, and cost-effective practices without compromising patient care quality

• Participate in hiring, training, and developing nursing staff to meet evolving patient and organizational needs
