Job Description

Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Role

Provide visionary leadership and manage daily nursing operations on the Labor & Delivery unit

Build and maintain a well-staffed, engaged nursing team focused on delivering excellent patient care

Champion patient satisfaction, quality assurance, and compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory requirements (Title 22, Nurse Practice Act)

Address staff concerns proactively and foster a culture of innovation and professional growth

Manage budgets, inventory, and cost-effective practices without compromising patient care quality

Participate in hiring, training, and developing nursing staff to meet evolving patient and organizational needs
