Your Role

• Provide patient-centered care to diverse medical-surgical populations using the “Assess–Perform–Teach–Manage” model

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery and team cohesion

• Lead by example in administering medications, monitoring responses, and responding to clinical changes

• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and recovery expectations

• Foster collaboration with physicians and care teams to ensure exceptional outcomes
