• Lead and support your team hire, train, coach, and develop staff
• Oversee clinic operations to keep things running smoothly
• Work with physicians and leadership to deliver top-quality care
• Keep the clinic ready for all regulatory standards
• Manage staffing, schedules, budgets, and supplies
• Drive improvements that make life better for patients, staff, and providers

• BSN or MSN
• California RN License + BLS (AHA required)
• 4+ years RN experience in an acute care setting
• Bonus points if youve worked in a clinic or had leadership roles (Charge RN, Supervisor, etc.)
