Shift Details

Your Role

• Provide nursing leadership for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and safety in assigned areas of responsibility.

• Collaborate with physicians and other departments to coordinate patient and family needs.

• Manage resources in a fiscally responsible manner.

• Support the mission and vision of the facility, division, and company.

• Assure quality care through initiation and evaluation of patient care utilizing performance improvement processes.
