Manager Emergency Room – Leadership Opportunity in Independence

Shift Details
Evenings: 4 pm–midnight, Monday–Friday (rotating call every three weeks).

Compensation and Benefits

Your Role

• Provide leadership, management, and oversight for the Emergency Room service area.

• Ensure clinical, financial, environmental, and employee-related functions are optimized.

• Serve as a clinical resource and liaison with medical staff.

• Oversee staff hiring, orientation, training, evaluation, and disciplinary processes.

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and budgetary guidelines.
