Your Role

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and rounding.

• Interview, hire, and evaluate staff; implement performance and learning plans.

• Assist with unit budgeting, supply management, and quality audits.

• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care across the unit.
