Full-time, day shifts only (no weekends), overseeing daily unit operations, staffing, and patient care quality.

Compensation and Benefits

Your Role

  • Oversee day-to-day unit operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staffing.

  • Supervise, evaluate, and coach staff; implement performance plans as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, national, and specialty nursing standards.

  • Assist with unit budgeting, supply management, and quality audits.

  • Partner with physicians and other disciplines to maintain safe, high-quality patient care.
