RN Manager – Trauma Program | Full-Time Days

Your Role

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost-effective trauma care systems

• Serve as liaison between the hospital, EMS, fire, ambulance, and police services

• Maintain relationships with EMS Medical Director and state trauma authorities

• Develop and evaluate trauma care policies and procedures

• Conduct concurrent monitoring of trauma medical records and registry documentation

• Coordinate preparation for statewide and ACS trauma designation visits

• Respond to trauma team activations during work hours, providing guidance as needed

• Oversee NH TEMSIS patient care reporting compliance and quality assurance
