Your Role

• Supervise and direct delivery of patient care and surgical services

• Collaborate with Clinical Coordinators on department growth, patient satisfaction, and physician relations

• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, patient rounding, and staff performance evaluations

• Assist with competency development, staff hiring, and performance counseling

• Support Surgical Services Director with budget management and regulatory compliance
