Administrative Director of Emergency Services – Sign-On + Relocation

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director of Emergency Services to lead a high-volume, multi-site emergency department in a top-tier acute care hospital. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a large team, drive quality and operational excellence, and deliver patient-centered care across a Level II Trauma center with advanced clinical capabilities.

Shift Details

• Full-time, day shifts

• No weekends

• Administrative hours, Monday–Friday

• Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple ED sites and functional areas

• Implement and monitor quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives

• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional development

• Collaborate with administrative and clinical leaders to drive growth and operational efficiency

• Manage department budgets, labor, and resource allocation

• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices

• Serve as a visible leader and represent the organization positively in the community
