Your Role

Establish department and service line goals aligned with organizational strategy

Oversee CVOR operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety

Manage financial operations for the CVOR service line

Promote a professional practice environment and relationship-centered leadership

Integrate clinical, human resource, and financial data to support decision-making

Participate in leadership development and succession planning
