Key Responsibilities: Manages the financial, human, and other resources for the facilitation of exceptional patient care Actively participates in unit performance improvement activities. Directs the staffing and administration of a nursing unit or floor. Encourage and maintain a team culture that encourages and rewards excellence in patient care. Key Requirements: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) Basic Life Support certification (BLS) Master's Degree in Nursing strongly preferred; Nursing Administration preferred A minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Acute Care RN Demonstrated nursing leadership experience Compensation and Schedule: Salary range beginning at $141K but can be higher based on years of experience, education and years of leadership experience Comprehensive benefits plan and generous PTO Day shift, Monday - Friday Student Loan Repayment programs
