$96,000-$125,000 annually + full benefits We're seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering community-based services in the Salem, Virginia area. This leadership role is ideal for an RN who thrives on improving quality of care, supporting staff, and shaping home-based healthcare services.

What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day operations of the community-based services team, ensuring safe, high-quality care for participants. Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to nurses, aides, and support staff - including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies, while maintaining positive staff morale and a collaborative work culture. Conduct initial and annual assessments of participants to identify needs and coordinate individualized care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Current RN license in good standing (BSN strongly preferred). 2+ years of healthcare experience in a clinical setting. Proven leadership experience supervising staff and managing schedules, budgets, and quality metrics. BLS and First Aid certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance as required by law.
