Key Responsibilities: · Oversees the nursing staff and overall nursing operations of ambulatory center · Use sound management principles to organize, plan, coordinate and control the flow of patients, activities/services, personnel, and utilization of resources. · Develops, monitors, and communicates staffing schedules, and makes daily adjustments as necessary. · Responsible for preparation and oversight of the clinical staffing operating budget. · Provides adequate levels of staff to ensure safe and effective nursing care. · Resolves conflicts, mediates, and ensures compliance with policies by employees and physicians Other duties as assigned Key Requirements: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state of practice required Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Basic Life support (BLS) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required 8+ years of progressive leadership experience Knowledge of Ambulatory Surgery Center functionality Compensation and schedule: Salary begins at $115K but can be significantly more based on years of experience Comprehensive benefits plan MondayFriday, no evenings, weekends or holidays
