Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time, Permanent | Tulsa, OK

Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Schedule: Day and evening shifts available (no travel required)

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate and professional healthcare team in Tulsa, OK. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity offering stability, growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care every day.

The LPN will provide direct and indirect nursing care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and physician, following established care plans and clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established Nursing Care Plans.

  • Assist the Registered Nurse in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.

  • Collect and document patient data, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.

  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.

  • Ensure patient safety and maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

  • Perform a variety of nursing duties to support overall patient well-being and efficient unit operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent coursework approved by a State Board of Nursing.

  • Licensure: Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Oklahoma or a valid multi-state LPN license.

  • Experience: Previous LPN experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred but not required.

  • Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred.
