Director Case Management – Full-Time, Day Shift (Near Nashville)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Case Management to lead hospital case management operations for a busy acute care facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive performance, optimize clinical resources, and lead a high-performing interdisciplinary team in a collaborative environment.

Shift Details

• Full-Time, Day Shift

• No weekends

• Some administrative hours may include on-call rotations or late nights

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive compensation commensurate with experience

• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

• Incentive bonus of 17.5%

• Relocation assistance considered on a case-by-case basis

Your Role

• Direct and evaluate departmental operations, staffing, onboarding, and staff competencies

• Oversee all core case management functions and ensure adherence to care coordination and discharge planning processes

• Allocate resources effectively to meet productivity and quality goals

• Assess and improve departmental performance through data-driven process improvement

• Build strong working relationships with key hospital stakeholders

• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
