Direct Hire Clinical Manager Role $70,000 to $85,000 per year in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for a Clinical Manager, Home Health, to join our partner's team in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in the home
Supervise field staff
Provide coaching, mentoring, and corrective action as needed
Support staff with clinical decision-making in the field
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
Coordinate care among physicians, facilities, caregivers, and families
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Key Requirements:
RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
At least two years of field experience in Home Health
BS degree preferred
Home Health/Supervisory experience preferred
Current driver's license and automobile insurance with availability of a car during working hours
Compensation and Schedule:
$70,000-$85,000/year, based on experience
Full-time, 8 am - 4:30 pm
- On-Call rotation
