Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $105,000 to $150,000+, plus 10% annual bonus plan

Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all operational aspects of hospice services at the Lawrenceville branch
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards
- Lead a stable and fully staffed team serving a hospice census of approximately 100 patients
- Recruit, retain, and develop qualified hospice personnel
- Ensure high-quality patient care through effective interdisciplinary coordination
- Monitor and evaluate performance and quality improvement programs
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and operational stability
- Set organizational goals and lead implementation of strategic initiatives
- Foster effective communication across departments and leadership
- Stay updated on hospice industry trends and ensure staff clinical competencies
- Supervise admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Ensure service excellence from third-party vendors and contractors
- Report to the Governing Body and ensure regulatory compliance and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hospice experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Nursing or related field preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred and in good standing
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification and hospice operations
- Proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Comprehensive understanding of interdisciplinary hospice care models
- On-site presence required at the Lawrenceville office
- Confident, articulate, and experienced in hospice leadership or seeking the next step into executive leadership
- Track record of building, growing, or improving hospice operations preferred
