We’re hiring a Clinical Manager Registered Nurse who wants leadership responsibility, a stable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing healthcare organization.

You’ll step into a leadership role focused on providing oversight and direction to the clinical team while ensuring high-quality patient care. In addition to team management, you will provide direct patient care in home settings when necessary and collaborate closely with executive leadership.

You’ll practice in Birmingham, Alabama, the state’s largest city and a hub for healthcare innovation, known for its rich history, vibrant culinary scene, and beautiful Appalachian surroundings.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $85,000 to $95,000
