Salary: $113,000 – $115,000 annually, with potential for end-of-year bonus
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Care Director to lead our team at a Memory Care and Assisted Living Facility in Cambridge, MA. This role involves supervising CNA staff, assessing residents’ evolving care needs, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care across all levels of our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of resident care in Memory Care and Assisted Living settings.

• Supervise, mentor, and support CNA staff, ensuring adherence to policies and high-quality care.

• Conduct comprehensive resident assessments to guide individualized care plans.

• Monitor and document changes in resident conditions and communicate with families and healthcare providers.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for holistic, patient-centered care.

• Facilitate compassionate transitions to higher-level care facilities when needed.

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice.

• Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

• Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in healthcare or similar settings.

• Strong patient assessment and care planning skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
