Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Schedule: Full-time | Days (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Compensation: $96,400 – $125,000 annually

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Endoscopy Clinical Manager to oversee daily operations of a busy nursing department. This leadership role is responsible for staff management, budget oversight, and driving high-quality patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Oversee department budgeting, expense management, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Promote staff education, competency, and professional development
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts
• Support efficient patient flow including admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices

Qualifications:

• 2–4+ years of clinical experience (endoscopy or procedural experience preferred)
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage clinical and financial data

Education & Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Oklahoma or compact state)
