Description:
- The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides technical nursing care to Residents within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), working collaboratively with the nursing team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LVN may also assume the role of a charge nurse.
Location: Near Greenville, CA (rural California)

Salary Range: $29.16 - $41.57 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00

Job Status: Full-Time, benefited

Shift Information: Night Shifts are 3, 12-hour shifts

Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 1 year experience as an LVN
-
Current California LVN license
-
Graduate from an accredited LVN program with an associate degree or equivalent
-
Current CPR Certification
-

Responsibilities:
-
Organize and supervise shift responsibilities
-
Participate in resident care planning, implementation, and evaluation
-
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
-
Maintain accurate narcotic records
-
Review medication information for completeness
-
