We’re hiring an Executive Director in Lawrenceville, Georgia who wants executive-level leadership responsibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to lead a stable hospice organization in a thriving Atlanta suburb. You’ll step into a senior leadership role overseeing all operational aspects of hospice services at the Lawrenceville branch. This includes regulatory compliance, financial performance, quality improvement initiatives, team development, and strategic growth. You’ll lead a stable interdisciplinary team supporting an average hospice census of approximately 100 patients while maintaining high standards of compassionate care.

What makes you a great fit
• You have at least 2 years of hospice leadership experience
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in Nursing or related field preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred and in good standing
• You have strong knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification and hospice operations
• You demonstrate proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• You understand interdisciplinary hospice care models
• You’re confident overseeing admissions, compliance, budgeting, and team development
• You have experience building, growing, or improving hospice operations

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $105,000 to $150,000+ plus 10% annual bonus plan
