Job Description
We're seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee a specialized Progressive Care Unit caring for patients with complex neurological and trauma-related conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong RN who enjoys mentoring teams, driving quality outcomes, and leading in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient flow
- Support and develop nursing staff through coaching and performance management
- Round on patients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
- Lead quality initiatives, audits, and regulatory compliance efforts
- Participate in hiring, evaluations, and staff development
- Assist with budgeting, supplies, and departmental operations
