Job Description
Patient Care Supervisor, Labor & Delivery — South Florida
We are looking for an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to step into a permanent Patient Care Supervisor role with a top-ranked health system in South Florida. In this position you will oversee clinical operations and patient care delivery on the L&D unit, support and develop your nursing team, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and serve as a resource and leader for staff across all shifts. This is a night shift position — 7 PM to 7 AM.
Sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for qualified candidates. Pay is based on your experience. Full benefits package including tuition reimbursement and wellness programs.
Requirements:
- Active RN license, Florida or Compact
- BSN required, MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years L&D clinical experience
- Prior charge or leadership experience preferred
