Overview:
Our well-established infusion agency in White Plains is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations and drive quality outcomes across all infusion programs. This full-time role offers the opportunity to shape clinical excellence within a growing, strategically focused organization.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Competitive salary: $130,000–150,000 per year (DOE, negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for nursing and patient services across all infusion programs and sites
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies, procedures, and practice standards to ensure safe, evidence-based care
• Lead, mentor, and manage nursing leadership and frontline staff, including workforce planning, performance evaluations, and succession planning
• Direct quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety, clinical outcomes, and service excellence
• Ensure full compliance with NY DOH, CMS, Joint Commission, and internal regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Collaborate with medical directors, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary partners to optimize care coordination and patient flow
• Oversee incident reporting, risk assessments, and corrective action plans to mitigate clinical and operational risks
• Contribute to strategic planning and program development, including new service lines and growth initiatives

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York, or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience, including oversight of clinical operations
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NE-BC, CPHQ, or similar) preferred
