A healthcare organization in the Brockton, MA area is looking for an experienced Nursing Supervisor – Med Surg to join its nursing leadership team!

Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and daily unit operations

Oversee patient care and ensure quality and safety standards

Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing teams

Coordinate with physicians and healthcare leadership

Support staff development and performance improvement
Qualifications:
-
Nursing diploma, ASN, or BSN required
-
BSN preferred; must obtain within 4 years
-
5+ years of Staff Nurse experience, including Charge Nurse responsibilities
-
Previous leadership experience required
-
Active MA RN license required
-
BLS and ACLS certifications required
-
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
