We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse RN for an immediate opening. The Director of Clinical Services position is responsible to manage and coordinate the daily nursing routines in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility. Our client offers the following benefits:


$80,000 - $90,000 Starting Annual Salary, based on experience

Registered Nurse RN / Director of Clinical Services / Home Health




Job Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse RN is responsible for the daily nursing routines and overall patient care. The successful candidate will be an RN and will have proven leadership experience beyond the clinical aspects of nursing management. Requirements include exceptional demonstrated skills in communications, teamwork, planning and organizing, and operations controls. Additional responsibilities for the Director of Clinical Services include but are not limited to:


Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
On Call Rotation: 1 in 4
Coordinating and overseeing all direct and indirect patient services provided by the clinical organization personnel
Providing guidance and counseling to coordinators and clinical staff to assist them in continually improving all aspects of home health care services
Assist in managing clinical teams
Planning and providing help in assessments
Implementation and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel

It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Specific qualifications for the Director of Clinical Services role include:


Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing licensed by the state of Texas
Must be proficient in coordinating nursing and staff schedules
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing-Preferred
