Job Description

Seeking a full Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team in the New Haven, CT and surrounding areas!

-Position will be assigned a primary area of based on your location

-(territory runs from the shoreline in CT from Brideport to Old Saybrook then into the state)

-Approximately 6 visits per day

-Med/Surg Patients

OVERVIEW:

This nurse provides community health nursing services to individuals and families in the community. Work is planned and carried out under the guidance of the Clinical Manager who evaluates performance at periodic intervals.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Graduation from an accredited NLN program in nursing.

Preferred: One or more year's clinical nursing experience.

Baccalaureate nursing degree.

REQUIRED:

Licensure: Possession of or eligibility for a license as a Registered Nurse issued by the Connecticut State Board of Nurse Examiners
