Position: Travel Intake Registered Nurse
Location: Portland, ME
Shift: 3P to 11P
Job Information
- Obtain impending discharges for the day from intake C.O.
- Review medications and chronic care for patients
- Determine take home medication orders
- Intakes/Discharges
Requirements
- BLS required
- 1 year of experience
- Experience in Psych and Corrections is a plus but not required
