(RN) Associate Executive Director of Health and Wellness Services

RN required. Master’s degree in Public Health or related field preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in medical administration in a clinic setting

• Supervisory experience

• Community based public health experience

• Administrative capacity knowledge of Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (ICF/IID) or experience in residential care setting highly preferred.

Requirements:

1. Current RN license/certifications in Texas, as applicable.

2. Ability to work under minimal supervision and exercise good financial and operational judgment.

3. Professional appearance and demeanor as a member of the executive management team.

4. Skill in providing effective leadership to staff.

5. Proficient in computer usage and computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, Office 365).

6. Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to work in a changing and fluid environment at a rapid pace.
