Occupational Health Clinic Manager needed in New York City!

This is a full-time, permanent position.

An exciting opportunity has come available for an Occupational Health RN to be the Clinic Manager in an employer-based clinic setting located in Queens! This is an occupational health clinic that specializes in treating workplace injuries and basic primary/urgent care.

Clinic Staff: RN Manager, Physician, Nurse Practitioner, LPNs and Paramedics

Clinic Hours: Four 10-Hour daily weekdays

A typical day in the life of a Clinic Manager

• Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations
• Provide superior customer service to clients and employees
• Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to Evidence-Based Medicine protocols
• Build and maintain internal team relationships
• Support for onsite employee health and wellness efforts
• Collaborate with client professionals in health, safety, and environmental practices
• Collaborate with client human resources and benefits professionals on clinic issues
• Document and manage information using electronic medical records software and other tools.
• Pre-employment and post-offer screenings
• Physical Assessment Testing (PATs)
• Case management
• OSHA record-keeping
• General administrative duties

Qualifications

Candidates must have occupational health experience to be considered for the position. Managerial experience is also required but it can be mid-management experience (charge nurse, shift supervisor, etc)
