Job Description
Full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor needed at a top facility in New York!

Nursing Home setting.
Day, evening, or night shift available.
Under the direction of the DON, the RN is responsible for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the hospital and the nursing home and their effect on resident care in a designated unit. The RN has authority to make decisions on that unit in the areas of resident care, human resource, and financial management.
Qualifications:
- Current registration as RN in NYS (or eligibility to do so)
- B.S. in nursing preferred
- 2 years long term care clinical experience preferred
- Demonstrated clinical competence in relevant area of nursing practice
- Demonstrated leadership ability and potential managerial competency
