Job Description

Title: Manager of Med Surg (1E) - Arlington, TX

SHIFT: Full Time - No weekends

Licensure/ Certification/Registration:

Current Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted.

Current Healthcare Provider BLS issued by the American Heart Association required

Education:

BSN REQUIRED

MSN - Preferred

Experience:

3-5 years experience as a staff nurse in the clinical area - REQUIRED

2-3 years Management Experience in Med Surg - PREFERRED

Will consider charge nurse experience if candidate has 5+ years MS experience and good tenure with employment

Compensation:Salary $83,595 - $97,517(10yrs) - $118,000 (20yrs) - Salary based on years of experience

Sign on Bonus: Case by Case Basis

Relocation: Case by Case Basis
