Job Description

Director of Nursing needed for a Residential Addiction Treatment Facility North of Dallas. Multi-disciplinary team that consist of master level therapist, addiction trained physicians, psychiatrist, neuropsychologists and 24/7 nursing care who treat the addiction, as well as any underlying co-occurring psychiatric conditions. Director of Nursing would be responsible for the direct supervision of the nursing and lead and supervise the tech staff management. Develop nursing and tech staff scheduled. Provide coverage for any open shifts due to sickness, employee termination, etc. Provide continuous client care, supervision, interaction and role modeling. Adhere to policies and goals of the company and more. Qualifications: Prior experience working with dual diagnosis patients. Prior management experience and LVN or RN Licensure.
