Job Description
Assist physicians with patient management
Deliver patient/family centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing evidence-based standards of quality, safety and service while ensuring the appropriate care for all age groups in the specific population of the unit.
Demonstrates the following core competencies and behaviors' nursing process, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, flexibility, organizational skills, accountability and leadership
Care management and teaching, uses a systematic approach to gather or analyze information and interpret findings, anticipates, recognizes and reports actual/ potential problems and liabilities.
Anticipates possible problem and develops contingency plans
Confronts unfamiliar situations with confidence, optimism, and determination to find solutions.
Plans and organizes own work and can help facilitate work of others , identifies problems in existing work processes or practices and implements plans to fix them
Qualifications
3 years of recent experience
BLS/ACLS certification
Active State Nursing License
