Currently working with a hospital in Norman, OK for permanent placement to assist with coverage for an RN position in ICU/NICU with a start date of 02/06/2023. Please find additional details regarding the opportunity below.

Job Description:

• Nights: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (12hrs)
• On-Call and Weekends TBD
• Collaboration with other health professionals, assessment & analyzing assessment data
• Establishing goals, planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care, implementing care
• Delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventions
• Performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
• Performing pulse oximetry monitoring and computer skills.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
• Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare field - Preferred (If no work experience, will consider school attendance and performance records)
  
• BLS
• NRP - Required (within 6 months of hire if not current)
• STABLE Certification - Preferred
• Perinatal Continuing Education Program (PCEP) - Preferred
