Location: Reno, NV
Salary: $36 – $54/hr (based on experience)
Bonus: Up to $30,000 Sign-On Bonus (with 3-year commitment)

Join our Level III/IV NICU team as a Permanent Registered Nurse and be part of a highly respected, patient-centered environment. This is your opportunity to provide life-saving care to our most vulnerable patients—newborns needing intensive support—while growing in a collaborative and technologically advanced unit.

Position Highlights:

• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent RN – NICU
• Department: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Shift/Call Requirements: To be discussed during the interview
• License: Must be eligible for or hold a Nevada RN license prior to hire
• Certifications:
• Required: AHA BLS & NRP
• Preferred: STABLE (can be acquired within 6 months of hire)
• Experience Required: 1+ year in a Level 3 or Level 4 NICU

Compensation & Incentives:

• Hourly Rate: $36 – $54 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 total
• $10,000 with first paycheck
• $10,000 after 1 year
• $10,000 after 2 years
