We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Intensive Care Unit team on a full-time night shift schedule. Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)

• 7:00 pm – 8:00 am

• Rotating weekends & holidays

What You’ll Do:
As an ICU Staff RN, you will:

• Provide safe, high-quality care to critically ill patients using the nursing process

• Serve as a mentor and preceptor for new staff and students

• Supervise non-RN staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Take on leadership responsibilities when assigned as charge nurse or clinical coordinator

• Uphold organizational policies and standards of excellence in patient care

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Active RN license in the state of Connecticut (or eligibility)

• BSN strongly preferred

• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

• Prior ICU experience highly desirable
