NEW Critical Care Float Pool RN Opening – Nights
Join a dynamic float pool team as a Critical Care RN and provide high-quality patient care across multiple critical care units. This role offers the opportunity to build your skills in a collaborative environment while making a direct impact on patients in need.
What You’ll Do:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and safe discharge
-
Document care accurately using proper medical terminology
-
Respond quickly to changes in patient conditions and support patient/family education
-
Contribute to unit and hospital quality initiatives
What We’re Looking For:

RN license (Oklahoma or multistate compact) required
-
Recent RN graduates welcome to apply

Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills
-
Ability to adapt to multiple critical care environments
Details:

Schedule: Nights, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am, 3x12s (36 hours/week)

Relocation: Up to $10,000 for 2-year commitment
