Registered Nurse / RN - Neuro ICU - Up to $15k Sign On Bonus

NEW Neuro ICU RN – Central Florida

Step into a high-acuity Neuro ICU role where you’ll make a real impact on patient outcomes. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a 10-bed unit within a Level I Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center, alongside a collaborative, patient-centered team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to Neuro ICU patients

• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and recovery plans

• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• RN with active Florida or multistate license (compact accepted)

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (strong Med/Surg considered)

• BLS (within 30 days) and ACLS (within 90 days) required

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing

• Strong desire to learn and commitment to patient outcomes

Compensation & Incentives:

• Salary range: $30-$45/hr

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for Nights

• Relocation Assistance: Case by Case
