Job Description

NEW MICU RN Opportunity in Central Florida

Join a high-acuity Medical ICU (MICU) team providing critical care to patients with complex medical conditions in a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. This is a nights role with rotating weekends in a 48-bed ICU unit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to critically ill medical patients

  • Monitor and manage complex conditions, including respiratory failure, sepsis, and multi-organ support

  • Educate patients and families on treatment, medications, and recovery plans

  • Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes

  • Participate in continuous process improvement and quality initiatives

Qualifications:

  • RN with active state or multistate compact license (must transfer to state license within 60 days if relocating)

  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (strong Med/Surg candidates considered)

  • Associate Degree in Nursing required

  • BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 90 days of start

Compensation & Incentives:

  • Salary Range: $30 – $45/hr

  • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for Nights

  • Relocation Assistance: Case by Case
