Job Description

We’re partnering with a well-established hospital system in the The Villages area to hire a full-time MICU Registered Nurse for night shifts. This role offers a chance to work in a high-acuity ICU environment with excellent support, growth opportunities, and a generous sign-on bonus.

Shift Details
Nights (rotating weekends)

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
Shift differentials offered for nights and/or weekends
Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus

Your Role

  • Provide patient-centered, evidence-based care in the MICU

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver customized care plans

  • Perform and document procedures, monitor patient status, and teach patients/families

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and support compliance efforts
