Your Role

• Provide strategic oversight of critical care operations and programs

• Lead CVICU and CVPC units with a focus on clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational efficiency

• Integrate evidence-based practices into nursing and leadership processes

• Manage staffing, budgeting, and financial performance for the units

• Support human resources, staff development, and leadership coaching

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
