ICU Director (RN) – Las Cruces, NM
We are seeking an experienced ICU Director (RN) to lead a 32-bed Intensive Care Unit with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. This role oversees patient care, staff development, budgets, and quality initiatives while fostering a culture of professional growth and evidence-based practice. The ICU treats a variety of complex conditions, including respiratory failure, sepsis, cardio-pulmonary disease, and DKA, with plans to expand cardiac services.
Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state

Associate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s or higher preferred)
-
ICU clinical experience required
-
Previous leadership experience required
-
BLS, ACLS, and Handle With Care certifications
