What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients across the continuum

• Perform detailed assessments, interpret diagnostics and labs, and respond rapidly to changes in condition

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care in collaboration with the care team

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license (state or compact)

• BLS and ACLS required

• ICU or high-acuity acute care experience strongly preferred

• Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree and specialty certification preferred
