Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN)
Sanford, Florida
We’re hiring an ICU RN in Sanford, Florida who wants strong night shift income, manageable ratios, and the opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment.
You’ll step into an acute care role focused on close monitoring, rapid assessments, and managing complex patients. You’ll use your clinical judgment to respond to life-threatening situations while working alongside a collaborative, supportive ICU team.

• You have 1+ years of recent ICU RN experience in acute care
• You hold an active Florida RN license or compact license
• You are confident in making independent clinical decisions

• BSN preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
• $33.77–$49.06 per hour based on experience
• $7,500 sign-on bonus for night shift
• $4.50 night differential and $1.50 weekend differential
