Job Description:
Niktor LLC is seeking an elite Critical Care Registered Nurse for an 8–13 week high-acuity assignment in New York. This role is designed for a versatile ICU professional comfortable navigating specialized pods, including Neuro, CTICU, and Trauma.
Financials & Top-Tier Perks:
- Weekly Gross Pay: $2,650.00 (Based on 36 hours)
- Tax-Free Stipends: Maximized per GSA standards
- Hourly Blended Rate: $73.61/hr
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.00
- EMR: EPIC (Must be proficient)
Clinical Environment:
- Unit Size: 42 Beds (East: 20, West: 22)
- Pods: Neuro/Med (Stroke, Sepsis, TCAR), CTICU (CV Surgery, Cardiogenic Shock), and Surg/Trauma (Level Trauma).
- Equipment: Proficiency required with CRRT (Prismaflex/NxStage), IABP, Ventriculostomies, ICP Monitoring, and Arctic Sun.
- Shift: 12-Hour Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of ICU experience (SICU, CTICU, Trauma, or Neuro).
- Travel History: Documented prior travel experience is required.
- License: Active New York RN License.
- Certifications: AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, and NIHSS.
- Skills: Charge Nurse experience is highly preferred.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to float to all facility units (excluding Behavioral Health/ER).
